People celebrating Holi

Holi is a joyous holiday which involves singing, dancing, bonfires, and throwing pigment and colored water at each other.

Holi is celebrated in spring.

It represents new life and new energy.

During Holi people make bonfies in the streets and have food scarifices.

The colored powder on this persons hand is called gulal.

There is a gender rivalery during Holi.

During holi all destiction of class, gender, and age are suspended
