VR@BRAZIL

2015-2018
panoGrama believes that Brazil will see a large adoption of VR entertainment and experiences in the next 3 years.

The reasons for that would be:

. the amount of VR projects we've seen so far in Brazil, even without the launch of any HMD device;

. International events in Brazil, such as Olympics '16 and RockInRio;

. the early adoption of this platform for the main advertising agencies;

. the need of innovation

SWOT

S. panoGrama is a startup with big name clients such as Honda, IBM and others. Since (2013) we have generated over R$1 million in Sales. We are innovators with an holistic vision of the market. We are the leading VR company in Brazil and understand the market. We are driven to be number 1 in the world for VR Studios. We have offices in Sao Paulo/Brazil and Ottawa/ON and about to open our HQ in Los Angeles and an office in NYC. We just pilot our first prototype VR/360 camera and system.

W. panoGrama is a small team of professionals. Lack of creatives, directors, photographers, writers and producers which understand VR/360.

O. We can create our own technology (software and hardware); Biggest studios are adopting VR (Lucasfilm, Dreamworks, Pixar, etc); creating a team, we can deliver more than only VR films; there will be a room for innovation in VR in the next couple of years, because there's no standards on the market yet;

T. Big players could inject billions on VR and dictate the standards; users could say no to the technology, reducing it to a gimmick;

WE NEED...

. panoGrama needs to connect with main studios, agencies and producers worldwide;
.

. we need to create a team of panoGramers (directors, storytellers, programmers, producers, creatives, etc)
;

. we need: Short Term, USD25,000/month to open our HQ in LA for the next 6 months; Mid Term: approximately USD300k/month for the next 24 months to create a team, focus on sales, start our own productions (at least one a month) and develop our proprietary software (player) for desktop, mobile and web (Series A); Long Term approximately 50USDmi to create the new virtual reality camera/system (Series B)
