1] DELVE-IN to the Varsity All Star Fashion Design Book
2] SOAK-IN product knowledge for ALL sales opportunities including: Uniforms, Apparel, Design Details, Accessories, and Varsity Beauty
3] SOAP-UP on Systems Training. Master internal Salesforce CRM and ordering systems for focused results.
4] CLEAN UP the competition with Stakeholder Mapping. Meet with key internal teams, Sales Management, Design, and Competition and Events brands. Gather information to understand the relationship we have with key customers - gyms, business owners, and teams so we can better serve them and meet their needs.
5] SCRUB-UP with the who, what, when and where the competitions and events are happening and who the key accounts are from the territory that attend.

BE A CONTRIBUTOR

NEXT 60 DAYS: COLLABORATION AND APPLICATION
Days 31-60: Collaboration and Application. Shift focus to Team Collaboration, Managing Accounts, and Improving Processes for success.

1] TAKE Ownership: Begin managing portfolio of accounts within assigned territory.
