4] CLEAN UP the competition with Stakeholder Mapping. Meet with key internal teams, Sales Management, Design, and Competition and Events brands. Gather information to understand the relationship we have with key customers - gyms, business owners, and teams so we can better serve them and meet their needs.
5] SCRUB-UP with the who, what, when and where the competitions and events are happening and who the key accounts are from the territory that attend.
