• Toothpaste
• Cup
• Water

Take your toothbrush then take the lid off of the toothpaste and put the toothpaste on the toothbrush.

Next we got to rense toothbrush to rense you have to put water on it.

Last you get a cup and fill it up with water and then sip then rense.
