- sit down when they think 60 secs have elapsed.

Why Time Management is Important?
Good time management allows you to
- accomplish more in a shorter period of time;
- Leads to more free time, which lets you take advantage of different opportunities;
- Lowers your stress;
- Helps you to focus, which leads to more success in your work
