Assessing Physical Activity

In 2012, we started the conversations about looking at behaviors around FV consumption through a Scantron type survey. Two surveys were created - one for youth and one for adults and each year local agencies funded through SNAP-Ed at MFF must use these surveys. Keeping up with changes in SNAP-Ed we developed a physical activity tool - pre/post surveys for SNAP-Ed use - youth and adults in 2015 and will again pilot test its use beginning in January.
