Hypothermia is when your body loses to much heat
It can appear out of nowhere when your surviving in the cold wilderness
This is why when you go on a winter trip, always bring all the warm clothes you have
Though it is unlikely to die of hypothermia, you need to stay warm at all times! Well, in the winter mountains with snow
Some hazards to hypothermia are sweating, not drinking enough water, not enough food, and many more

FIRE BUILDING
building a fire requires these steps
1, find some sticks and put them in a jenga formation
2, use a lighter (always have a lighter in your survival kit) to light the sticks
remember, before you light a fire, put some old newspaper or sticks with pines under the sticks in the jenga formation
follow these steps, and there's your fire

food is very important needs to survive
for example in the survival kit you should have something like a granola bar or crackers
remember, it needs to be healthy
some other foods that could be good are apples, oranges, carrots, and more

these are some stuff you defiantly need to include in your survival kit
sleeping bag, warm clothes, food, a lighter, a cooking pot, a rope, first aid kit, and an axe
these are some stuff that you can include in your kit
a small stove, freeze dry, anti septic cream, a knife, and some other stuff you would like to include in your kit
