PRESENTATION OUTLINE
BLESSED ARE THE MEEK:
THIS MEANS THAT THOSE WHO MAY NOT SPEAK UP IN CLASS OR ARE HUMBLE, ARE GOD’S CHILDREN. THEY WILL HAVE THEIR SPOT WITH GOD FOREVER.THEY ARE HIS CHILDREN THAT HE WILL LISTEN TO, PROTECT, AND GIVE THEM A PLACE IN HEAVEN.
BLESSED ARER THE POOR IN SPIRIT:
THIS MEANS THAT EVEN THOSE WHO MIGHT NOT BE THAT CLOSE WITH GOD, GOD STILL ACCEPTS THEM. TO ME, THIS SPEAKS AS GOD OPENING HIM ARMS TO EVERYONE. HE SAYS THAT HE WILL TAKE ANYONE IN TO HIS KINGDOM, EVEN THOSE WHO DIDN’T HAVE FAITH IN HIM.
BLESSED ARE THE PURE OF HEART:
I think that this means that if you are willing to fight for something, even if it is thought not possible and you do it, then you have a pure heart. Like Martin Luther King, he fought out of his pure kindness and strength. Those who do this have a future with God forever. They will see him and be invites into his kingdom.
Blessed are those who mourn:
This means that God sticks with anyone and everyone who needs him. When they need him to listen who talk to, he is there. He comforts them in times of grief.
Blessed are the merciful:
I think that this means that when you go out of your way to give mercy to others, you will receive it from God. He will gift you with his own mercy to say thank you. For you are his children.
Blessed are those who hunger and thrust for righteousness:
I think that this means that when you want or thirst for righteousness, God will hear you. He will hear your pleas from up in heaven and reward you. I think that when we call on him or need just someone to listen, he proves himself to be there.
Blessed are the peacemakers:
I think that this means that when you do something or the greater good, God sees it. When he notices, he takes you under his wing all the way to heaven. Martin Luther king was also called a peacemaker for fighting for what he believed in.
Blessed are those who are persecuted:
GOD IS ALWAYS WITH US. AND I THINK THAT THOSE WHO ARE WILLING TO DIE FOR HIM, HE WILL PROTECT THEM. HE ALSO SENT DOWN HIS OWN SON TO SAVE US. WHEN ONE OF HIS CHILDREN ON EARTH IS PERSECUTED. HE WILL INVITE THEM INTO HEAVEN FOREVER.
