Are the walls needed today?

The walls are not needed today at all. According to the text, it states, "Since the people of Jerusalem are free from being invaded, and conquered, the walls aren't needed." Therefore, the walls aren't used today in Jerusalem. These walls were from the ancient times from the 1500's.
