• This disease can only be given to you if a cat scratches or bites

SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS

• The symptoms of cat scratch disease are fever, spots on the skin and even swollen lymph nodes
• There is really no way for you to tell if you have the disease from the symptoms alone you would need a blood test to tell for sure.

HOW DOES IT SPREAD?

• This disease isn't contagious and only will spread through cats.

TREATMENTS

• Most of the time the disease will go away on its own in a couple of days to weeks.
• Antibiotics maybe needed it it gets too bad

• This disease is actually very rare less than 200,000 people get this a year
• This disease is also known as bartonellla disease
