PRESENTATION OUTLINE
1.
How to make a Bristlebot
with LA10 and LA33
2.
Parts needed
Coin cell battery
Toothbrush head
Vibration motor
Double-sided tap
3.
Step One
Place a small square of double-sided tape onto one end of the toothbrush
Press down firmly and remove the backing pape
4.
Step Two
Take the coin cell battery and place it on top of the double-sided tap
Press down firmly to ensure that it sticks
5.
Step Three
Bend the two wires on the battery back, like the antenna of a bug
6.
Step Four
Place the motor directly on top of the toothbrush behind the battery
Ensure the motor and the battery are centred on top of the toothbrush to prevent your Bristlebot from tipping over
7.
Step Five
Connect the wires: Take one wire from the battery and one from the motor then twist the two ends together (twist them tightly so they don't come apart)
8.
Step Six
Complete the circuit: Twist together the remaining two wires.
Put the Bristlebot down and it will start to move around
9.
Congratulations!
You have made your very own robot.
