Damon decides to conduct an experiment on himself . He will eat 40 teaspoons of sugar per day for 6 weeks. He will eat only products with 'hidden sugars.'

Damon will consult with doctors and experts along the way to monitor his health as a result of the sugar intake.

He quickly starts to gain weight and to feel sick. He loses concentration easily and feels grumpy.

During the 6 weeks he travels both in Australia and overseas to research sugar. He travels to the USA and is amazed at the sugar advertising everywhere.

Damon interviews a teenager in North Carolina. He is addicted to Mountain Dew and has lost all of his teeth.

In Australia, Damon comes across an Aboriginal community that banned Coke.

Unfortunately a health watchdog was no longer funded by the government. The result was the death of many young people related to too much sugar.
