Rationale For Today:
To put into context the role of CPD at BC over the next 3 years.
To start to identify and give context to evidence based priorities for BC over the next 3 years
Using effective implementation how a model of disciplined enquiry could be built into this long term focus on school improvement.
Long Term - not quick fix
To develop a system of evidence based CPD which links coherently into a system of staff development which is seen as none threatening and where staff feel:
VALUED, TRUSTED & THAT THEY MAKE A REAL DIFFERENCE.
Given: Limited time, Accountability Pressures, Limited Resources
