Attitudes (Openness)

What behaviors does this line ask us to look for?

Examine how each behavior morphs
from one to four

Interactions

• Receptive to
• Expressed openness to most if not all
• Begins to initiate and develop interactions
• Initiates and develop interactions

Judgment

• Difficulty suspending judgment
• Difficulty suspending judgment
• Begins to suspend judgment in valuing interactions
• Suspends judgment in valuing interactions

Levels one and two are different

Awareness

• Unaware
• Aware and expresses a willingness to change
• Not present
• Not present

When we are asked to look for two behaviors, use a multi step procedure
