Where do i teach?
4th grade teacher at bluff creek elementary. this will be my 3rd year at this school and 6th year teaching.

Interest in technology?
I have always used technology in my own personal life, as i grew up as the internet and new technology were growing rapidly. I became more interested in technology as a learning tool when i change to my current school and it is a 1:1 school, so i needed to learn more about technology tools quickly to implement them in my classroom.

Through learning about different tools and different ways they can be used, i have learned not only what some new possibilities are for my students but also how important it is to be planful and use them in a meaningful way. The discussions have reminded me of the importance of reflecting on what, how, and why technology is being used and how I can be thoughtful about the technology that is utilized in my classroom.
