• You can find out where the boredom is coming from and address it.

Procastination

• Getting started provides you with motivation.
• Being consistent or early stops procastination.

Listening

• Not listening can cause unwanted changes.
• You can always listen and when other distracting thoughts come to mind, you can just say not now.
