My journey

PTTLS was a City and Guilds course aimed at those teaching adults.

I took part to pick up specific teaching tips and improve my job prospects.

It involved assignments on:

• roles, responsibilities & boundaries
• assessment & resources
• lesson plans & schemes of work
• equality & differentiation
• a microteaching session & reflections
• a reflective journal

The course improved both my confidence & my skills.
