i am in my last year

Discipline

my first strenghts is discipline.

this picture is a symbol for discipline

"dont eat the cupcake"

for me is disipline:
-structure in my world (Todo lists, calenders)
-everything needs to be ordered and planned (look in my cupboard, my bussiness shirts are ordered in colours, everything in my room is clean)
-I break long-term projects into a series of specific short-term plans

--> as a leader, I would like to the help other people to be more perfectionism. Also my employees ´ld like to see how my perfectionism show

Adaptability

for me as a good leader is the same to have the attitude like a chameleon

I can adapt to the environment

-You are, at heart, a very flexible person who can stay productive when the demands of work are pulling you in many different directions at once.

-Look to others for planning. People who strong in themes such as Focus, Strategic, or Belief can help you shape your longer-term goals, leaving you to excel at dealing with the day-to-day variations.

action steps:
For example, if your job demands unanticipated travel, learn how to pack and leave in 30 minutes. If your work pressure comes in unpredictable spurts, practice the first three moves you will always make when the pressure hits.
During times when the pressure is on, help your colleagues find productive ways to relieve the pressure and therefore make progress

Maximizer

another strength of mine is maximizer:

"good is not enough if better is possible"

as a maximizer the average is bad, excellecnt is my measure

helping other people succeed. In coaching, managing, mentoring, or teaching roles, your focus on strengths will prove particularly beneficial to others. For example, because most people find it difficult to describe what they do best, start by arming them with vivid descriptions.

Responsibility

my Responsibility theme forces me to take ownership for anything I commit to, and whether large or small,

responsibility is one of the important strengths for a leader.
I never thought that responsibility is under my best 5 strengths, i am very proud of it.

responsible is for me:
Push yourself to say "no." Because you are instinctively responsible, it might sometimes be very difficult to refuse opportunities. For this reason you must be selective. Ask for more responsibility in only the areas that matter most to you.

Input

I have never guessed that input is one of my first 5 strengths.

as an "inputer" I am inquisitive. I collect things. I might collect information -- words, facts, books, and quotations

I collect everything I am interesting in.

Identify situations in which you can share the information you have collected with other people.

Formulating goals is the step that creates the bridge between dreaming and doing.

6 Month Goal

make relationships to at least 5 persons in a month
one of my important goal is to develop my emotional intellegence
--> one year goal: make relationships to at least 5 persons in a month
-->action steps: Connect via linked in, facebook, supermarket chain and real life situations
Important: I should often go out at weekends for meeting people, the best thing is, I have to go out alone

I can use my strengths for achieving this goal as follows:
discipline represent my stamina to conect to people every month one year long

adaptability helps me to be flexible "whatever will come"

maximizer= i want to meet more than 5 people a month
