Malala is a 12 year old girl and she lives in Pakistan. Malala has 2 brothers and a dad. Malala's dad is an infidel that believes that kids should go to school

The Taliban which is an extremist group that believes girls should not go to school and will execute them. They took over where Malala lives and stopped girls from going to school. Malala didn't believe that she should stop going to school. So Malala started a blog online about what is happening where she lived. The blog got picked up by cnn and made it more popular to the U.S.A.

Malala kept going to school and the Taliban knew about it. Cause she had the webpage and the Taliban viewed it. So they put a fatwa on her which means they gave her a death sentence.

Malala would hide a knife under her bed. She was scared that the Taliban would come for her or her father.

When Malala was on the bus going to school. She was the only one not wearing a face mask.

When she got shot it was hit in the left side of her head and bounced off the skull and hit her left shoulder.

Then they rushed her to the hospital in Britain and she got surgery which the bullet paralyzed her left side of her face.

Now she competed for the Nobel peace prize twice the first time she lost and the second time she won it with an Indian man that has the same belief about school.
