A research study recently suggested to automate hiring based on personality matching by computer.

The study postulated that Facebook “likes” were a more accurate assessment of personality type than could be achieved by friends or even spouses.

They concluded that hiring decisions could be better performed for cultural fit by computer than by a professional recruiter.

I disagree.
