- Most commonly found in the uterus and can lead to excessive menstrual bleeding

Differential Diagnosis
Angiolipoma
Similarities- well-defined, palpable nodule
Differences-angiolipoma is usually a painless mass, more common in the neck and trunk
MRI is used to compliment ultrasound.
Treatment:
Calcium channel blockers, surgery usually for cosmetic reasons
