Lomo Saltado

1. Make French fries

2. Slice onions and tomatoes

3. Cut steak into strips

Season with salt, pepper and cumin.

4. Cook steak until brown

Set aside

5. Add onion and garlic to skillet

Stir and sauté, until softened

6. Add ají amarillo paste

Stir

7. Add soy sauce and vinegar

Mix well

8. Add tomatoes

Cook for 2 to 3 minutes

9. Serve with rice and fries
