Ho Chi Minh Trail
A network of roads built from North Vietnam to South Vietnam through Laos and Cambodia, to provide support to the Vietnamese Army made of a combination of truck routes and paths for foot and bicycle traffic.

Hawks vs. Doves
Doves believed the Vietnam war was a civil war and did not think the US should be involved. Hawks supported Johnson's policy and believed Vietnam was a crucial front in the Cold War.
