IMPACTS ON THE ENVIRONMENT
- Water Treatment plants that do not properly follow Stage 1 & 2 of DBPR (Disinfection Byproduct Rule) could cause fish in the water they use to get diseases that they could pass on to humans

IMPACTS THAT AFFECT MINNESOTA
- Minnesota has a lot of lakes that are used as water sources and fishing.
- So when treatment plants do not properly follow rules it could lead to hurting the fish in the water.
