Formula

  • Introduce yourself and title the theme Ex: "Meditation Monday with leah @lesant"
  • Tell them what you are going to teach them

  • Teach them (in short bursts with subtitles for people who don't turn sound on, and not too text heavy)
  • Mix up the media (video, boomerangs, pictures, filters to keep it interesting)

  • Then at the end, say thanks, say her name and tell them where they can find her and when they will hear from next "next week!"
