*many of these European hospitals begin to fall into disrepair in the 800's.

Florence nightingale helped to change the nature of the profession forever. Began her illustrious nursing career as a nurse within the Crimean war that took place in the mid 1850's.

REQUIREMENTS TO OBTAIN THE CAREER

*associate degree to masters depend upon nurse goal.
*wayne state , baker college
*attend college after high school up to 2 years minimum.

*provides diagnosis, treatment, consultation , and follow ups under supervision of one or more physicians.
*second to main important people in hospitals/clinics.

*Work 40 hours or more a week in hospital/clinic.
*wear scrubs
*report to the physicians
