Particle は
Marks the topic of a sentence
Written は
Pronounced 'wa'
Does *not* mean "is." わたし は さくら です。 Watashi wa Sakura desu. (I am Sakura.)

Particle も
Marks the topic of a sentence
Implies something also applies to it だいちのおとうさんもごじゅういっさいです。 Daichi no otousan mo go jyuu issai desu. (Daichi's father is also 51 years old.)

も Indicating Both
Use an affirmative です form あねもあにもせんせいです。 Ane mo ani mo sensei desu. (Both my older sister and older brother are teachers.)

も Indicating Neither/Nor
Use a negative form of です おじいさんもおばあさんもだいがくせいではありません。 Ojiisan mo obaasan mo daigakusei dewa arimasen. (Neither my grandfather nor grandmother are college students.)
Use も after both topics

Indicates a question ごかぞくはなんにんですか。 Gokazoku wa nan nin desu ka. (How many people are in your family?)
