When and How To Correctly Floss Your Teeth

WHY SHOULD YOU FLOSS YOUR THEETH

  • It removes sticky bacteria
  • Remove plaque from your teeth
  • Not removing plaque can cause cavities or irritate the gum , and leads to gum disease.

  • Use the most effective dental floss
  • The Oral B Glide kind

  • Wrap the ends of an 18 inch section of floss around your middle finger

  • Hold the floss between your thumbs and forefingers of both hands

  • Use your thumbs to floss your upper teeth

  • Gently slide the floss between your teeth

  • Move the floss gently in a “C” motion for flossing your bottom teeth
