• I think that the external invasions were number 3.
• Each war costs a ton of money.
• Because of these constant wars it left the economy in ruins.

REASON 2

• The second largest reason was the plague.
• The plague killed thousands of people.
• This created a lack of farmers.
• This reduced the amount of crops that were made for eating
• This also took a toll on the economy because the amount of crops being sold was decreased.

REASON 1

• The most important was Christianity.
• Because of the beliefes of christianity went
• against that of the roman religions led to distrust of Rome.
• This then led to the downfall of the empire.
