THE STORY OF IVAN

Ivan lived with an elephant, named Stella and a dog named Bob. They all lived in the Big Top Mall.

Ivan the gorilla, was the star of the show. Everyone would come to the mall to see Ivan.

Ivan and his friends weren't very happy in the Big Top Mall. The mall owner's name was Mack.

RUBY

Stella gets very old and dies. Ruby is heart broken! So is, Bob, Julia, George and of course Ivan.

• Mack forces her to do what he says
• Mack threatens her with his claw stick
• Ruby's family dies
• Ruby loves stories
• Ruby loves to tell/listen to jokes

Ivan and Ruby become very close. He promised Stella that he'd save Ruby. He promised he would make Ruby a better life than, at the mall with them.

IVAN'S GOAL

• To save Ruby
• To make Ruby a better person
• To convince someone to let Ruby to go to the zoo.
• To make Ruby have a better life.
• To make Stella happy, and keep his promise to her.

Ivan made a big picture/billboard that says save Ruby and let her be free. Ivan gives Julia the picture. Julia looks at the picture and made her dad, George put it up on a billboard, so everyone could see it.

Protesters began to come and protest against Mack, to let Ruby and the other animals be free too. Mack is furious and fires George.

People came and took the other animals to the zoo. Everyone had a very happy life at the zoo. Bob now lives with Julia. George got a job at the zoo. Now everyone is happy!
