Search Team

• Student Reps: Jonathan Pendergrast & Jennifer Stone
• Parent Reps: K. Cope & N. Osman
• Lifeguard Reps: G. Johnson & H. Holland
• Shepherds: Damon & Mark
• Staff: Julie Tuley
• Ginger (VChair) & John (Chair)

Initial Research

• Each of the reps will meet with their respective group to gather info
• Based on group findings, a basic needs/wants list for new ministers will be created
• Search Team will engage recommenders to identify candidates that match our profile
• Target Date: October 9

Candidate Screening

• Narrow candidate list down to top nine
• Phone contact (1 to 1) from adult search team members
• Top four candidates will be screened by video conference by search team.
• Top two candidates will be presented to shepherds.
• Candidates Screening will be complete by December 4

Hiring

• Shepherds will invite one of top two candidates to visit WHC for onsite interview
• Onsite interview will include the following visits: shepherds, search team, ministers, lifeguards, parents, students
• Based on visit, the second of two candidates may be contacted.
• Expected hire by Early Spring semester

• Attend meeting (tba) to voice your wishes in new ministers
• Support your lifeguards
