Process

• CHOOSE an interesting quotation.
• Highlight one or two words in that quotation.
• In 2-3 sentences, EXPLAIN the meaning of the writer's ASSERTION/CLAIM.
• Write 2-3 sentences in which you TAKE A STANCE on the assertion and DEVELOP IT with two or three specific examples from your observations, readings, or personal experiences.
