Tip 4: Figure out what's covered. One of the most important things you need to be clear about is what is going to be on the final. Knowing the extent of the exam will make it much easier to organize and structure your studying.

Tip 5: Teachers have two strategies in making up finals. Some teachers design a test that only covers a couple chapters. Other teachers design a test that covers everything that you covered that semester starting from day 1 to the day before the test. Figure out what type of test you’re going to be taking in each class.

  • memorize steps of solving equations
  • Ch. 5 formulas: slope, y-intercept, standard form, point-slope
  • 8 1/2 X 11 piece of paper , one side
  • Put correct formulas on cheat sheet
  • Algebra II will have to graph
