A solution to a system, is a point/ordered pair that makes BOTH/all equations TRUE.

So if an ordered pair is a solution to the system, it will make BOTH equations true.

Identifying Solutions from a Graph

A solution from a graph is where the linear equations meet (x,y).

Prepping for Understanding

Write the equation in slope-intercept form (y=mx+b). Then, identify the slope and y-intercept.
