• The relevancy of an irrelevant class is not always to be found only in the subject matter or the conten
• There is relevancy in understanding the concpets

Boredom

• If I engage more in what i think is boring I may find it fu
• If i get bored while in one of my class I can play a game to keep me focused

PROCRASTINATION

• When you are angry or sad you may procrastinate to get it out of your hea
• I procrastinate when i am very scared to do something

Listening

• To help me listen better I need to shut out all other noises that are distr
