QUARTERING
OF
SOLDIERS

In the Bill of Rights the third amendment clearly states "No soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law."

To sum that all up it's just saying that no solider can house with the owner without his permission.
