DELIAN LEAGUE

• The Delian league was a group of city states under the control of Athens
• The Delian league compared to NATO was similar but NATO defends the northern Atlantic region and it isn't run like a government
• The Delian league was a government to help defend Greece
• NATO is current but the Delian league was way back in the past
• NATO is a group of countries and the Delian league was cities but they both were a group of people achieving the same goal
