Pancakes

  • 1cup all-purpose flour , 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg, 2 tablespoon vegetable oil

MAC AND CHEESE

  • 1 1/2 cups macaroni
  • 1/2 shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream salt to taste
  • 6 ounces processed cheese, shredded

SUGAR COOKIES

  • 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup softened butter, 1 1/2 cups white sugar
  • 1 egg, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 3 to 4 tablespoons buttermilk
  • Sprinkle or colored sugar, for decorating

FUDGE

  • 2 whole eggs, 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons, cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour, 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon villa extract

PIZZA DOUGH

  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 1/4- ounce packet of dry yeast, 3 tablespoon extra-Virginia olive oil
  • 3 3/4 cups all-purpose flour, 1 1/2 teaspoon salt

WATERMELON SPLIT

  • 1 cup blackberries, 1/2 tablespoon sugar
  • 4 cups 1-inch cubed watermelon, chilled, 4 scoops strawberries ice cream
  • Whipped cream, for garnish, 4 to 8 maraschino cherries
  • 1/4 toasted slivered almonds or peanuts
