How did the Tea Party lead to the Revolution?

  • The Boston Tea Party events alerted the king and he didn't think he just said "show them who we are".
  • The goal of the Boston Tea Party was to drop taxes on tea.
  • There were over 90,000 pounds of tea destroyed in the Boston Tea Party.
  • The colonists dressed like Indians to get on board the boat.

American Revolutionary War
Then, the king defiantly proved himself by later having a war with the colonists which was later called the Battles of Lexington and Concord. The Battles of Lexington and Concord are now part of the American Revolution. The battles of lexington and concord were to recapture patrotiic leaders Samule Adams and John Handcock.

  • The colonists didn't like the fact that the British went to war with them so the colonists went to war...
  • The world named the war the Battles of Concord and Lexington.
  • The colonists won the war but that didn't mean anything.
  • The king of England didn't remove laws that the colonists wanted removed...
