Yes, food can be a tempt when it comes to eating too much of it or having to sneak that cupcake when nobody is around. But that's why there are diets. A diet is a way to cut down fats by exercising or by wisely picking out your foods to stay fit. Children like you and me have to stay fit, or we could suffer the consequences. It is YOUR body, after all. Not all children have to work out or go hardcore, but by playing after you eat to burn calories.
Good and Bad What I mean by good and bad is none other than food. You have to chose which end of the stick to pull, by eating your fruits and vegetables. Dairy is good for you, and offers energy from milk, or yogurt or cheese. Protein is good for building up your body length wise, but if you eat too much of it you'll get bigger in width. Carbohydrates are the grains that are like protein but don't exactly have the best benifits. All fruits are made to give you energy! 🍎🍐🍊🍋🍌🍉🍇🍓🍒🍑🍍🍅 Vegetables are similar, but kids tend not to eat much of this... But all kids have had one fat in their lives.
Anybody can be encouraged to eat healthy things, and trust that they can do the right thing, and you should because anyone can do it. Physical activities can be no more than running or swimming, so even if your at Disneyland to have fun, you still have to move SOME way, and that's the power of protein. See, Disneyland is the most happiest place on earth!
It's what's on the OUTSIDE that counts... ORANGE PEELS ARE GREAT FOR BAD BREATH, HAVE PROTEIN AND CAN CURE HANGOVERS. (It's great when eating it on the white part, as health wise.)
