• For those of you that new me last year will know around this time I wasn't in school because I was struggling with depression for months

• Nearing the end of senior year, I would tell people the story and the best response to hear is that they never would've guessed I went through all that

Moving Foward

• The importance of that response is in that I did not let that experience define who I am, I did not deny it however, I simply focused on being present in the present

• Every day is new day, another chance to change what was yesterday and live with what's around you now
