  • The Burj Khalifa is referred to as a mixed use development, it comprises of residential apartments, hotel and offices. It connects directly to the Dubai Mall. So it's purpose is to be a home, office, hotel, etc.

CONSTRUCTION

  • Construction Began on Sep 21, 2004 Construction Ended on October 1, 2009 Construction time: 5 years
  • It displays a triple-lobed footprint, inspired by the Hymenocallis flower. It’s made up of three elements arranged around a core in the center.
