PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS

• A male lynx is about 18-30 kilograms and it's 40-60Ib
• The females weight 18 kilograms and 40Ib
• The lynx adapts to the snow around it and its legs grow for that reason so that it is possible that it's Abel to walk through the snow.
• Lynx are protective so once they catch their prey the eat and if there is any left they cover it up so it's not taken by other animals that's nearby.

• Carnassial: Sharp teeth in the back of the cats jaws used to cut up prey.
• The carnassial on one side of the mouth work together like blades of a scissor to slice flesh.
• Courtship:A series of actions or behaviors that prepare animals for mating. When lynxes court they hunt together and lick and sniff each other's bodies.
• Home rang: An area in witch one animal lives and hunts in.
