plan of action

  • Illuminate: Grow, Monitor, Share
  • Vision of Excellence for each unit
  • Learning Lab Grade Level Leads
3:45 minutes
-the network will be increasing overall supports and increasing alignment
we noticed that our unit assessments were the same but the assessments we used between were not at the same level of rigor; it will also allow parents to easily access, thousands of common core aligned questions
-we will also be adjusing our PLC structure instead of meeting every week, we wil be meeting two weeks before we begin a unit to personalize unit plan and create vision of excellence for student understanding and behavior, we will do half way check, and post assessment check. This will be lead by your content team leads, we will discuss in further detail in session two
in our comparison we noted that our third graders were not at the bottom in relation to achievement, it was our second graders that showed the least amount of growth

We had our biggest classes enter this year with kinder at 102 being larger than 3rd and 4th combined we focused much of our learning lab support staff assistants on K and 1 math leaning heavily on gen ed teachers for upper grade suppor....Learning lab lead will focus most heavuly on math
