YOU MAY BE LIKE ME AND WANT TO HELP EVERYONE BEFORE YOURSELF, BUT YOUR NOT SUPERMAN!

STEP 3 - SET PERSONAL GOALS

BEING SUCCESSFUL IS WHAT EVERYONE WANTS. WHEN YOU ACHIEVE A GOAL, IT GIVES YOU PRIDE!

STEP 4 - BE GRATEFUL!

THERE ARE MANY OTHER PEOPLE WHO MAY BE IN A WORSE SITUATION THAN YOU!

STEP 5 - FOCUS ON A HEALTHIER YOU

STEP 6 - POSITIVE SELF-TALK

IT IS IMPORTANT NO MATTER HOW BAD THINGS MIGHT SEEM, THAT YOU FIND THE POSITIVE!

USE SOME TECHNIQUES LIKE LISTENING TO MUSIC, CALLING A FAMILY MEMBER OR A FRIEND.
