JOAN OF ARC

  • Joan of arc also known as the maid of the Orleans. She was considered a heroine for what she did in the 100 year war. The uncrowned King Charles the VII assigned her on missions for the war at Orleans. During the war she was captured by ally's of the English and after was put on trial but was pronounced innocent for being a witch.😮
  • Born- 6 of January 1412
  • Died- 30 of May 1431

NAPOLEON

  • He was a French military and a political leader who rose up in the French Revolution. He won most of the wars and his battles which then the people considered him as one of the greatest military commanders in history!!! Now in French schools they study him for history.😮
  • Born- 15 of August 1769
  • Died- 5 May 1821

VICTOR HUGO

  • Victor Hugo was a famous French poet, novelist and dramatist. He became famous for his poetry and after started making novels which then made even more famous for how good they were. Les Contemplations and Le Legende des siecles were some of his best poetry he made and stood particularly high from all the others.

PIERRE AND MARIE CURIE

  • Marie was a scientist that specialised in radioactivity. Marie Curie was the only woman to win the Nobel prize twice and even in multiple sciences too.😮 She was born in Warsaw and studied science there too. And she all was the first proffer of the university of Paris and followed her older sister and got her higher degrees and she was married to pierre.

YANNICK NOAH

  • He was a professional tennis player, he won the French open in 1983 and was a successful captain of France's David cup and fed cup. He retired and became a music performer. Did you know he is the father to Joakim Noah of the NBA Chicago Bulls! 😮 He won a total of 23 singles games and 16 doubles titles. During his tennis career he won a total of $3,440,660 of prize money.
