• This accomplishment fulfilled in Chief policy maker because he want to create new policy/ law as the. Chief policy maker can set the policy agenda with the state of the Union address

• Roosevelt won passage at such ground breaking programs as social security and unemployed insurance.
• This accomplishment is fulfilled by Executive department because Executive departments carry out the work of government in broad areas of public policy, such as defense state, agriculture and labor.

• Roosevelt spoke to listener in a warm speech, for their support in this ways, many Americans came to see the president not as a distance leader but as a friend.
• This accomplishment fulfilled by Chief Diplomat because he spoke to rest of the world about his policy in a nice speech to the people who listens to him.
