  • Must provide receipt
  • One fee in any 60 day period

  • 72 hr notice
  • State if unit is accessible
  • Screening fee & criteria

Open Application Period

  • LL must record date and time of appliciations
  • Must process in order received
  • 8 hour penalty

LL Refusal to Process

  • T has previously violated rental agreement within last 365 days
  • Application is materially incomplete
  • Applicant withholds or misrepresents required info
