we also stopped sending Retail Approval counter package at lock

If the loan is locked from Empower and Retail approval sent, Orchestration Engine sends Redisclosure package else Orchestration engine sends Retail Approval Counter package.

The customer only needs to read 8 pages out of 70 to make a decision, we need to find a solution to send only what is required

If the app is submitted in Mortgage One and the customer is approved, we send Mini approval counter package, when the customer hits "Generate docs".

Hit generate doc's 20,000 times and the customer gets 20,000 Mini Approval Counter packages.
