STEP 2: ORIENTATION

ORIENTATION CLASS

• Attendees: new members/ visitors
• Offered at set times and locations throughout the month
• Coordinated through the Membership Orientation Department
• Gain information to help you get involved

STEP 3: SERVE

SERVE

• Make an "Impact" by serving on a team in the ministry.
• There is a place for everyone to belong!
• "Impact Teams": Prayer 1st, iTeam, Hospitality, Security
• Worship Team, Children's Ministry, College Ministry
• Bookstore, greeters,

STEP 4: GROW

"COMMUNITY GROUPS"

• A place to connect to other believers
• A place for discipleship and growth in faith.
• A place to grow in knowledge of the Word.
• Groups: Relationships, Finance, Prayer, Bible Foundations
• Launching January 2015 in various locations.

FACILITATOR TRAINING

• Training to take place during EXCEL LEADERSHIP TRAINING class.
• Training in curriculum content, relevance, and implementation.
• Training in group logistics and dynamics.
• Training in representation of excellence in ministry.
